What are webinars ?
Short for Web-based seminar, a webinar is a presentation, lecture or seminar that is transmitted over the web direct to the attendees own pc with no need for travel or time out of the office. A key feature of a webinar is its interactive elements - the ability to give, receive and discuss information. All our webinars or topic focused and cover a range of specific industry issues and challenges. Bringing together the worlds leading experts and organisations to give accurate and independent analysis

How does a webinar work?
All sessions are conducted entirely over the web with attendees registering their interest prior to the event.

A link to the webinar will be sent out to all registrants and it is simply a case of clicking the join link and the webinar environment will load on the attendee’s pc. Our webinars use Webex to make them actual, live interactive learning experiences.

Participants will be able to ask the presenter questions and get answers in real time. The presenter will also have the ability to conduct polls, ask questions and receive live feedback.
What are the technical requirements to participate?
To access the webinar, participants need

  • A computer with an audio facility
  • Internet access (either cable or wireless)

Contact a member of the WTG team who will be happy to help with any specific technical queries

Once the webinar is over, will I have access to the materials and recording?

All webinars are made available via the WTG Webinar On - Demand service within 24 hours, meaning participants can login and watch specific presentations at a time most convenient to them for up to 12 months after the webinar has taken place.
