Anthony has over 25 years of international business experience in roles of HR, change management, business acquisition / integration, business improvement and development. He has worked extensively across Europe. Other work has been related to the USA and the Far East. His career has led him to reside in seven countries and do business in five languages.

Organisations he has worked for / with include Nike Europe, Kingfisher plc, CRH plc, DHL International, Mayne Nickless (Australian global logistics), Reed International (Exhibitions), Ostendorf Paints Gmbh, leading international hotels, a range of sports retailers in Norway, Switzerland, and Croatia, plus as a consultant in a leading international business improvement consultancy, and later in a change management consultancy.

He holds a MBA from Ashridge Management College (a distinction in business planning), a Masters in Hotel Management, and a Honours Degree in Economics.
A Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, Visiting lecturer at St. Gallen University, Switzerland (on cross border expansion and sales growth), Anthony is a member of the Institute of Directors in UK and was for over 5 years a member of the European Retailing Institute (Oxford University).
